Responsibilities
Act as a business partner for Marketing leadership - strategic thought partner and responsible for operational cadence of the business
Partner with Accounting and Marketing to reconcile spend data, ensuring alignment across sources while allocating costs by channel and budget category, and investigating discrepancies to maintain accuracy
Support monthly and quarterly reporting across Marketing and Finance, compiling budget performance across multiple business areas into leadership-ready insights while driving ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities and risks
Frame business problems for the marketing organization and communicate insights while recommending and executing solutions to opportunities and problem areas
Lead cross-functional strategic projects; including structuring business problems, exploring solutions, implementing/refining processes, and measuring impact
Partner cross-functionally on key components of our annual marketing planning process including modeling and target setting
Coordinate with revenue operations teammates on systems and process improvements for the sales organization
Requirements
3+ years of professional work experience in Marketing Finance, Accounting, Business Development, or Strategy
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper growth environment
Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills
Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
Strong Microsoft Excel / Google G-Sheets skills, familiarity with BI Tools (Tableau, Snowflake)
