About the role

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and long-term strategy for Thatch for Platforms, establishing where to play, how to win, and the capabilities to build.
  • Lead the Platforms organization across product and go-to-market, aligning the team around a unified strategy, roadmap, and operating plan.
  • Own platform-business performance, including partner acquisition, implementation, adoption, retention, expansion, and overall customer health.
  • Establish goals, metrics, and operating rhythms to evaluate business health, prioritize investments, and hold the organization accountable.
  • Represent platform partners across the company and collaborate with engineering, growth, sales, operations, implementation, and leadership to drive customer and business outcomes.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
  • Identify emerging market, customer, and technology trends and use them to shape broader company strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise software, platform, or technology-enabled businesses, including significant leadership responsibility.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level leaders at large, complex enterprises.
  • Experience leading across product and go-to-market functions, with measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude and product judgment, including architecture, integrations, data, security, and scalability.
  • Experience developing strategy in ambiguous environments and translating it into priorities, operating plans, and execution.
  • Track record of recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing teams and leaders.
  • Strong commercial judgment and experience with enterprise sales, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion motions.
  • Continuous growth mindset and high ownership in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.

Compensation

  • Estimated compensation range: $170,000–$185,000 USD.
