Manager, Corporate Programs
Own and drive two high-visibility cross-functional programs at Coinbase: CORA (risk assessment for product launches) and Executive QBR/OKR planning. Translate complex process challenges into scalable solutions, partner with technical teams, and maintain enablement resources with direct senior leadership visibility. What you'll do
- Conduct research and analysis to understand internal customer pain points and create solutions prioritized into a clear roadmap
- Drive Executive QBR planning cycles end-to-end, from company guidance through to final outputs
- Maintain CORA's operating rhythms including weekly and monthly reporting, and represent CORA during audits and compliance exams with internal and external stakeholders including regulators
- Partner with technical teams (IT, data, engineering) when solutions require more complex technical builds
- Maintain all enablement resources including guidance, policies, procedures, FAQs, training materials, and AI agents
- Identify and implement scalable solutions to systemic process and tooling challenges across both programs
Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ years in product operations or program management for software/product initiatives, with experience owning cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans and drive them to completion
- Experience partnering with technical teams and translating business requirements into tooling or process solutions
- Proficiency in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and experience leveraging AI to automate and accelerate workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to facilitate senior stakeholder dialogues and drive toward outcomes
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
