About the role
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end physical security across a portfolio of greenfield data center campuses, from groundbreak through commissioning and into steady-state operations
Define and enforce post orders for contract guard services, holding the force to a high bar of discipline and performance on every site; manage the vendor strategically
Partner closely with engineering teams and trades to drive the seamless, on-schedule deployment of physical security systems
Carry FluidStack's security commitments to our customers, making sure we hit every contractual milestone
Design and execute site-specific strategies for secure material movement and the protection of critical assets throughout deployment and into operations
Requirements
10+ years hyperscale data center security experience
Comfortable working with trades and reading construction documents
Deep knowledge of Electronic Security Systems
Willing to travel 50%
