Own end-to-end supplier integration, performance management, and system connectivity to synchronize supplier capacity, quality, and delivery with manufacturing build plans. Requires prior experience managing supplier launches, recovering failing suppliers, and connecting processes to ERP/MRP systems.

Role Scope
- Own integration of key suppliers into the production system: their capacity, quality, and delivery synchronized with our build plan.
- Stand up new suppliers: onboarding, data connections, and launch readiness managed like the internal launches they are.
- Run supplier performance: scorecards, escalations, and the recovery plans when they slip.
- Connect systems and process: forecasts, releases, and ASNs flowing without spreadsheets.
