What you'll do

  • Embed with customers and prospects to understand what they are actually trying to build with agents
  • Turn messy conversations into demos, docs, workflows, distribution ideas, and product feedback
  • Work backwards from the market into the product without pretending every problem is a sales problem
  • Write sharp notes after calls so engineering, growth, and founders know what changed
  • Use Composio and agents aggressively to automate your own research, outreach, follow-up, and reporting

Must haves

  • Market sense - you can tell when a customer is describing a real workflow versus repeating a buzzword
  • Operator - you are comfortable doing unglamorous work quickly and making it legible for the rest of the team
  • AI native - you use agents every day and have opinions about where they break
  • Typist - you can write concise notes, docs, and outbound that does not sound generated
  • Human - you build trust and admit what you do not know
