Impact/Responsibilities
- Define and drive the stateful user code execution service vision.
- Partner with serverless platform teams to build the service.
- Own the roadmap and execution, ensuring high-quality, on-schedule deliverables.
- Define team best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the stack.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical leadership.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience.
- Experience designing, building, and operating scalable SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern web application architectures.
- Strong system-level skills; experience with containers and Kubernetes highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Passion for data intelligence space.
