About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term strategy for agentic workflows and internal tools.
  • Architect and deliver workflow automation frameworks, orchestration engines, and internal tools.
  • Drive adoption of GenAI techniques across departments to augment decision-making and streamline processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to design tools improving velocity and reducing manual effort.
  • Establish intelligent, auditable internal processes optimized for speed and accuracy.
  • Leverage LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms for internal solutions.
  • Collaborate with CTO and executives to align automation with strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership roles.
  • Proven success building and scaling workflow systems, orchestration frameworks, or internal platforms.
  • Strong background in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/GenAI applications.
  • Experience enabling cross-functional operational efficiency for technical and business teams.
  • Ability to deliver complex, enterprise-grade systems improving internal operations at scale.
