About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow designated territory, focusing on acquiring new Enterprise clients (2501+ employees) and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, networking, and utilizing MEDDPPICC.
  • Drive new business growth: navigate complex 6-12 month sales cycles, meet/exceed quotas, engage key decision-makers, qualify/close opportunities.
  • Drive organic growth: upsell/cross-sell Extended Access Management solutions.
  • Attend industry events, represent 1Password, build relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success.
  • Focus on solution selling, present to C-suite, negotiate deals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years SaaS sales experience, preferably security/Enterprise.
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas, upselling/cross-selling.
  • Advanced skills: prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, territory management, forecasting.
  • Business acumen, executive presence, relationship building, negotiation, C-suite presenting.
  • Understand/articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, especially Identity and Access Management.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, team player, coachable.
  • Proficient in Salesforce; MEDDPPICC preferred.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach preferred.

Compensation

  • Annual base salary: $121,000 - $175,000 USD.
  • Commission-eligible, equity grant, benefits (health, dental, 401k), paid time off, incentive programs.
