Leads analytical practice within the BI team by developing trusted data products, dashboards, forecasting, and actionable insights for Product and Commercial stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years of analytics experience, advanced SQL and Python, dbt expertise, and strong stakeholder and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Commercial stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, trusted metrics, and actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting, dashboards, and data products.
- Identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and emerging business risks through data analysis.
- Conduct advanced analyses and forecasting across acquisition, upsell, retention, and product adoption.
- Operationalize recommendations and track business impact with stakeholders.
- Improve self-service analytics through trusted datasets, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on data quality, governance, accessibility, and reliability.
- Create and apply AI-assisted analytics workflows and automation, and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Establish best practices for metric design, experimentation, reporting quality, and insight generation.
- Mentor analysts through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and analytical guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related quantitative field, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Commercial analytics experience; product analytics experience is a plus.
- Advanced SQL and strong Python skills for analytics, modeling, and automation.
- Experience with dbt, GitLab, data workflows, pipelines, and analytics-ready datasets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows, automation, and natural-language analytics tools.
- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and business performance measurement.
- Understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, and analytics engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of metric design, reporting standards, and data governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
