Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops.
Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys.
Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value for their organizations.
Develop innovative enablement approaches.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their enablement needs.
Evaluate training impact and contribute to quality assurance programs.
Create inspiring training materials and coordinate training with internal stakeholders.
Deliver lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are beneficial.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
Passion for learning, knowledge transfer, Big Data, and data analytics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts.
Desire to think creatively and continuously expand knowledge.
Experience evaluating complex data and working with intricate processes.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Availability to start immediately.
