Core Responsibilities
- Contribute high-quality code to Palantir Gotham, Apollo, or Foundry products throughout the full product lifecycle: idea generation, design, prototyping, execution, and shipping.
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts (Product Managers, Designers, Product Reliability Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers) to understand customer problems and build solutions.
- Meet with users (e.g., tour assembly lines or shadow analysts) to deeply understand their missions and challenges.
- Demonstrate ownership by seeing projects through from beginning to end despite obstacles.
- Work collaboratively across diverse teams and backgrounds while maintaining trust and independence in handling time and priorities.

- New grad or recent graduate level (implied by role title and focus on growth/mentorship).
