Responsibilities
- Contribute to real software projects and ship features and tools used by coaches, athletes, and fans.
- Work across the technology stack, including modern software development practices such as microservices architecture, CI/CD, and agentic AI workflows.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews, give and receive feedback, and collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of features and contribute meaningful impact to production software.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a degree-seeking student in computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering.
- Eagerness to gain experience shipping code in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn new languages, frameworks, and skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building full-stack web applications.
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or React.
- Course projects, side projects, or open-source contributions.
Compensation
- Base hourly pay range: $30–$31 USD.
- Housing and travel costs to Lincoln, Nebraska are covered for the summer internship.
