Software engineering interns will build and deliver platform features across areas such as backend, infrastructure, systems, cloud, databases, and customer-facing products. Candidates should be graduating in 2027 or 2028 and have programming experience with Python, Java, or C++ plus strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.

Responsibilities
- Build features for the Databricks platform as part of an engineering team.
- Manage projects end to end, including design, coding, and incorporating feedback.
- Learn to build highly scalable platforms while maintaining quality and security.
Requirements
- Graduate in fall 2027 or spring 2028 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Implementation experience with a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems collaboratively.
Compensation
- San Francisco Bay Area: $54–$60 USD per hour.
- Bellevue, Washington: $51.50–$60 USD per hour.
