About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own investment behind customer co-marketing programs, including allocation tracking, spend pacing, agency coordination, and quarterly budget reconciliation across customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing plans with customers to grow Claude adoption and customer reach, coordinating with Growth Marketing on campaign strategy.
  • Run the scaled co-marketing motion by co-producing creative assets with customers and deploying agency partners to amplify them as paid campaigns on customer channels.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to select participating customers and establish consistent selection criteria.
  • Own the customer marketing intake process and tooling as the system of record; create scalable playbooks and workflows.
  • Define measurement for customer marketing investments with Marketing Operations and Data Science, using results to guide leadership investment decisions.
  • Report results to participating customers using outcomes such as reach, engagement, and new customer acquisition.
  • Use Claude to automate intake and triage, analyze data, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience managing co-marketing growth or partner investment programs, including reconciliation, forecasting, agency coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Experience managing agencies, developing briefs, directing work, and maintaining quality standards for co-branded creative.
  • Experience building joint marketing plans with partners or customers.
  • Working knowledge of demand generation and paid social, with the ability to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience defining program measurement and demonstrating impact to internal leadership and customers.
  • Fluency with Claude and an instinct for using it to automate, analyze, and scale work.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving programs, budgets, and priorities.
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 3 years in customer marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Partner marketing or program management experience.
  • Experience operating co-marketing or partner marketing programs at a developer-focused or AI/ML company.
  • Background in revenue operations or marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and BI tooling.
  • Experience measuring incremental program impact against a comparison group.
  • Experience building or owning marketing-program tooling, including intake forms, workflow automation, dashboards, or customer participation databases.
  • Comfort working with Sales teams and understanding how customer marketing supports pipeline and retention.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual compensation range: $255,000–$320,000 USD.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with work from the San Francisco or New York office at least once a month for this role; the broader policy expects staff to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
  • Up to 40% travel for events and customer engagements.
  • Visa sponsorship may be available.
