Requirements

- At least 4 years of professional full-time software development, including at least 2 years or more at one company (or a company and its acquirer)
- Comfort working in TypeScript across the stack or picking it up quickly
- Empathy for users and colleagues
- Healthy appreciation for hard problems (handling tens of thousands of phone calls and emails per day)
