Mechanical Engineer
The part-time Mechanical Engineer will design wearable-device enclosures and mechanical systems, develop manufacturing documentation, and lead mechanical sign-off through factory build cycles. The role requires 3+ years of consumer-electronics or wearables experience, strong CAD skills, and availability for key events in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on enclosures, brackets, and mechanical assemblies for wearable consumer electronics.
- Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent tools.
- Run tolerance stack-ups, fit-and-finish reviews, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) analysis.
- Coordinate directly with injection molding, CNC, and assembly vendors in Shenzhen.
- Own mechanical sign-off through EVT, DVT, and PVT build cycles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience in consumer electronics or wearables.
- Strong CAD skills with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar software.
- Deep familiarity with injection molding, CNC machining, surface finishing, and assembly processes.
- Experience working directly with factories in the Pearl River Delta.
- Ability to be on-site in Shenzhen for key build events.
Compensation
- Salary: 416000–416000 (currency not specified).
