Responsibilities
- Build products and tools including console, SDKs, docs, and observability to enhance developer experience with Claude.
- Develop systems for beneficial deployments to nonprofits, educational institutions, healthcare, life sciences, and economic mobility initiatives.
- Create enterprise apps, plugins, skills, and shared context to improve Claude adoption in workflows.
- Design vertical AI products for industries like financial services, healthcare, and legal.
- Build enterprise foundations: user/permissions management, security, compliance, and analytics infrastructure.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven strategies.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience, with 2+ years at Staff or equivalent level.
- Led design and delivery of complex consumer or B2B products across full stack.
- Technical expert in modern frontend/backend, depth in React, TypeScript.
- Product-focused approach to robust, scalable, easy-to-use solutions.
- Experience in fast-moving environments, building 0-to-1 products.
- Invest in mentorship and peer growth.
- Drive cross-team alignment and establish engineering standards, architectures, best practices.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Compensation
Annual Salary: $405,000—$485,000 USD
