About the role
Responsibilities
Design and optimize implementation strategies, developing new engagement models for enterprise rollouts and phased deployments. Refine methodologies for complex implementations, identify themes, and develop best practices.
Lead high-touch enterprise implementations: build relationships with customers, understand business objectives, tailor strategies, oversee multi-phase projects with complex technical integrations.
Assist customers with deploying Invoca’s JavaScript, integrating with MarTech platforms, optimizing workflows. Train customers on platform functionalities, integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
Lead deployment of Agentic AI workflows, ensuring proper integration into customer’s MarTech ecosystem.
Facilitate steering committees, align stakeholders on milestones, risks, and goals. Act as trusted advisor to customer executives.
Manage resources, track milestones, ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives using project management and CRM tools.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks; develop mitigation strategies. Provide data-driven reporting to executive leadership on performance, adoption, and impact.
Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams for smooth transitions. Gather insights and advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap.
Maintain early-morning Central or Eastern Time schedule to support UK and European customers.
Requirements
5+ years of technical SaaS delivery experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services, with hands-on technical delivery (e.g., IFM, quality management, or MarTech integration).
1–2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, or managing agentic AI workflows (distinct from using tools like ChatGPT or Claude); able to discuss architectures, trade-offs, and business outcomes.
Proven expertise in enterprise-level project management, including executive stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and governance frameworks.
Ability to design, communicate, and execute new implementation strategies for complex needs.
Experience running steering committees, executive reviews, and enterprise workshops.
Strong resource management skills.
Deep product expertise and ability to translate technical concepts for executives.
Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com).
Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone (CT or ET); early-morning availability required for UK/European customers.
