Responsibilities
- Own the learning and development strategy for Network Innovation Office initiatives across the franchise network.
- Partner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge, structure learning content, and manage production timelines.
- Select learning formats, scope, sequencing, and delivery approaches based on audience, complexity, adoption needs, and adult learning principles.
- Design, write, and produce onboarding materials, educational modules, reference guides, quick-start documentation, facilitator guides, videos, job aids, and other learning assets.
- Deliver and facilitate virtual or in-person training for franchise owners, office staff, Care Pros, and other network audiences.
- Develop train-the-trainer programs and certify trainers when appropriate.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS), including publishing, accessibility, maintenance, and retirement of content.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance on the LMS vendor, Activated Insights.
- Define and measure training effectiveness using completion rates, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption metrics, qualitative feedback, and performance comparisons.
- Analyze completion rates, assessment scores, drop-off points, and post-training feedback to improve content.
- Manage learning workstreams as projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, stakeholders, risks, and blockers.
- Support broader initiatives involving pilot coordination, vendor management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Travel occasionally for regional meetings, franchise owner conferences, and other key events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management.
- Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
- Availability during general company working hours, with flexible start and end times based on geographic location.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, franchising, or multi-unit operations.
- Experience applying adult learning principles, project management, data analysis, and training measurement.
