Requirements
JD with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar or law degree and qualification to practice law in the U.K.
6+ years of experience advising on intellectual property issues, including copyright and/or trade secrets.
Experience drafting and negotiating complex IP-related transactions, including licensing agreements.
Strong command of the IP issues unique to generative AI companies.
Excellent business judgment, writing skills, and attention to detail.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
