Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy
Leverage AI and BI tools (Claude, Codex, Snowflake) to provide weekly, monthly, annual and long-term forecast and revenue trends
Communicate insights across products, regions, and customer cohorts to Sales and Leadership teams
Connect forecasts to unit economics, capital expenditure investments, and P&L impact, working closely with Finance
Identify high-impact business opportunities and leverage AI tools and ML models to drive analysis leading to clear recommendations
Build annual planning and regional quota targets, integrating bottoms-up and tops-down sales productivity models
AI Across the Business
Identify and lead implementation of high-impact, cross-functional autonomous systems where AI agents and emerging technologies can scale productivity
Evaluate new growth opportunities and lead ad-hoc analysis
Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and emerging technologies across Finance, Sales, and the broader business
Partner with Business Intelligence, Business Systems, Sales Operations, and Product teams
Requirements
Exceptional and engaging communicator who can summarize complex analysis in simple, actionable terms
Experience building Claude Code Skills or Codex Automations transferable to other teams
Strong Finance background with ability to explain ARR, NRR, bookings, billings, and revenue differences
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with sharp attention to detail
5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, Data Analysis, VC, or PE
Nice to Have
Experience at a SaaS, cloud, or consumption-based business
Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and modern BI tooling (Tableau or similar)
Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite as source systems
Exposure to channel or partner-led revenue models
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000
Additional compensation may include bonus/variable pay, equity, and comprehensive benefits package
