About the role
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site lead for the SF hub, owning the day-to-day operations, budget, and experience, and partnering with IT, People, Recruiting, Finance, and vendors to hold it to that standard
Design and run employee engagement programs with clear intent: offsites, travel, onboarding experiences, and recurring in-office rituals that connect to company priorities
Own the travel program end-to-end: vendor selection, rollout, documentation, and continuous improvement
Lead initiatives from concept through execution and iteration, bringing structure to ambiguity without waiting for perfect direction
Manage vendors and budgets with strong service quality and financial discipline
Develop the feedback loops and measurement systems that make intangible experiences legible: synthesize what you learn into clear priorities, make changes, and track whether they held
Requirements
6+ years in workplace ops, employee experience, or people ops in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of owning programs from idea through iteration
Strong operational instincts: responsive, organized, and wired to build systems — nothing falls through the cracks twice
Strong experience instincts: you notice what feels off, you know why it matters, and you adjust quickly
Ability to design backward from outcomes and articulate the purpose behind the work
Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders, including EPD teams and senior leaders
Experience managing travel programs, offsites, and vendor relationships with budget accountability
