Responsibilities
Client Experience (CEM Track)
- Shadow CEMs on client calls and manage day-to-day client relationships
- Handle client support queue: prioritize, communicate, and resolve issues
- Support event builds on the platform and develop quality-control instincts
- Maintain client records in Notion and HubSpot
- Draft client-facing materials such as feature updates and account summaries
Technical Solutions (TSM Track)
- Shadow TSMs on client builds and audits; identify risks and inefficiencies
- Document common client questions, edge cases, and solutions for internal knowledge base
- Test new features and validate workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline or automate processes
- Provide onsite event support for select local events
Product Education & Knowledge
- Build and update client-facing knowledge base content
- Create reusable demo assets and training materials for feature launches
- Develop internal product certification content
- Produce client-facing resources like one-sheeters and reference guides
- Support organizational preparation for new feature launches from an education perspective
Requirements
- Student or recent grad seeking hands-on startup experience
- Naturally curious with strong learning agility; asks questions and digs deep
- Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out without a fixed playbook
- Clear communicator who values both speed and thoughtfulness
- Fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, etc.) or eager to learn
- Based in LA or able to work on-site part of the time (for hybrid)
Nice-to-Haves
- Interest in live events, ticketing, or e-commerce platforms
- Experience with Notion, HubSpot, or similar tools
Compensation / Benefits
- Flexible part-time or full-time schedule (approx. 20 to 40 hrs/week)
- 3-month duration with potential to extend or convert to full-time
- Hybrid or remote options depending on track and fit (HQ in Santa Monica preferred for on-site)
