Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers
Champion an AI-first culture, encouraging teams to rapidly innovate, experiment, and drive adoption of AI capabilities to enhance product performance and efficiency
Drive end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies
Own technical design and architecture decisions in collaboration with stakeholders

Lead Operational Excellence efforts to improve our ability to support customer needs and avoid impact to patient outcomes

Qualifications
5–10 years of software development experience with most recent experience as a Development Manager or Team Lead
Solid experience with the software development life cycle (gathering requirements, analysis and design, development, release and version control, deployment management)
Good experience with Agile development methodologies, Java SDK 1.5 or higher, and utilizing SQL
Previous experience with:
Java Web Applications, Servlets, Servlet Filters, JSP, JSTL, JDBC
Spring Framework 3.x or higher, including Spring MVC
Microsoft SQL Server
HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Web service platforms
Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Deep understanding of Enterprise Software Design
Strong leadership skills – ability to lead by example, motivate others and continuously look for improvements
