About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the analytical engine supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), product operations, and customer support.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Billing, Data, and Customer Experience teams to investigate complex account questions and uncover root causes.
  • Analyze metrics, trends, and experiments to improve the EHR platform.
  • Examine billing workflows, identify breakdowns, and develop insights that improve accuracy, reduce friction, and support sustainable growth.
  • Translate complex and messy data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Influence financial and operational decisions that drive profitable growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related professional experience in analytics or data science-focused roles.
  • 2+ years focused on financial analytics and/or firm-level operations analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of financial metrics such as CAC, billing, key accounts, retention, churn, and LTV.
  • Experience with operational metrics such as resolution time and product uptime.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or SQL for predictive analytics modeling.
  • Hands-on expertise with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
