VP of Finance
Lead finance as VP on the executive team: own FP&A, fundraising, board reporting, SaaS metrics, and partner with GTM/Product/Ops to scale a high-growth venture-backed real estate tech company.

What You Will Do
- As a member of the executive team, help drive company strategy, growth initiatives, resource allocation, and business performance.
- Own FP&A, including forecasting, planning, and internal/external reporting.
- Partner closely with leaders across GTM, Product, and Operations to improve decision-making and drive accountability against company goals.
- Lead fundraising activities, investor communications, and board reporting processes, serving as a key interface with investors and external stakeholders.
- Develop and operationalize best-in-class SaaS metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance management systems across the business.
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, cash management, and business performance reporting while ensuring financial rigor and discipline across the organization.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, partnerships, and emerging business initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and business modeling.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization as the company grows.
Required for the Role
- 12+ years of relevant experience across strategic finance, investment banking, PE, VC, corporate finance, business operations, or related fields.
- Experience in scaling high-growth technology or SaaS businesses, preferably in venture-backed environments in the Series B through E stages.
- Demonstrated success partnering directly with CEOs, founders, and executive leadership teams on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Experience leading company planning processes, board reporting, fundraising activities, and investor communications.
- A highly ambitious "roll up your sleeves" mentality and willingness to work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue metrics, pricing, sales compensation, forecasting, retention, expansion, and unit economics.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of an organization.
- Experience in real estate technology, marketplace businesses, data businesses, or adjacent industries is a plus.
