Responsibilities
Architect Offchain's long-term financial roadmap and align fiscal strategy with growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
Lead treasury management and capital allocation strategies, optimizing liquidity and risk in a digital-asset-centric environment.
Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls.
Advise the executive team through financial modeling, data-driven insights, and business model optimization.
Design and implement a scalable financial technology stack and data infrastructure with automated reconciliations and real-time performance visibility.
Lead cross-functional initiatives including M&A activity and complex tax structuring.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
Experience influencing company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at Board and executive levels.
Experience building, mentoring, and scaling finance and accounting teams.
Mastery of complex financial modeling and synthesizing multifaceted data into actionable executive narratives.
Ability to establish structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
Exceptional communication skills with Boards, investors, regulators, and non-financial stakeholders.
Professional or personal Web3/crypto experience, including digital-asset treasury management and blockchain-native financial operations.
