Responsibilities
Cultivate technical relationships with Global C&SI partner Accenture in AMER, strengthen relationships with key data and application leaders to accelerate indirect revenue and enable their practices.
Act as technical partner and thought leader to Databricks GTM partnerships team, drive strategic programs, embed with partner technical teams for enablement, troubleshooting, evangelism, and escalation.
Collaborate on high-value industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, codify reference architectures and best practices.
Provide deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals where Accenture is primary delivery vehicle.
Represent Databricks at partner events, customer workshops, cloud summits, industry conferences; lead/support developer events, hackathons, technical enablement sessions.
Validate and gather product feedback related to partner use cases and deliver to product teams.
Requirements
8+ years in technical customer-facing/partner-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager).
Track record partnering with Global C&SIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through delivery.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders (C-suite, engineering, IT).
Strong presentation and technical communication skills.
Familiarity with Agentic frameworks, application development, machine learning, or data science.
Excitement for cross-organizational collaboration, travel up to 30%.
