About the role
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes and candidate experience
Run hiring processes end-to-end—from kickoff and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and close—while ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Nominal’s standards of clarity, professionalism, and integrity.
Partner closely with hiring managers and work with leaders across the GTM organization to define hiring profiles, calibrate candidate quality, and run thoughtful, structured interview processes.
Build strong candidate pipelines
Source and engage high-signal GTM candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and market mapping, building relationships with top sales and customer-facing talent.
Partner with search firms supporting enterprise sales hiring, reviewing submissions, maintaining high standards, and ensuring a strong pipeline.

Help refine recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and Nominal’s talent brand as the company grows.
Who You Are
3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or other high-intensity/high-growth environments
