Responsibilities

  • Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows with human-in-the-loop inspectability and transparency
  • Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions driving user and business growth
  • Lead hands-on full-stack software development for dynamic, user-centric experiences
  • Enable product-led growth mechanisms through seamless onboarding and sharing
  • Direct intuitive agentic applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Establish best practices for building valuable AI products

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Demonstrated product mindset: translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate based on data/feedback
  • Care for intuitive, trustworthy AI features
  • High ownership and bias for action in 0→1 environments
  • Strong collaboration across product, engineering, design teams
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js/Ember)
  • 5+ years experience with server-side web technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go)
  • Proven experience building/shipping end-to-end generative AI products with UI/UX component
  • Experience developing product/business knowledge connecting modeling to business value
