Responsibilities

  • Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows with human oversight through inspectability and transparency.
  • Partner with product management, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions driving user and business growth.
  • Lead hands-on full-stack development for dynamic, user-centric experiences.
  • Enable product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities.
  • Direct strategy for intuitive agentic applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive end-to-end AI feature development with scalable, reliable, performant systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Product mindset to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate based on data/feedback.
  • Care for intuitive, trustworthy AI features.
  • High ownership and bias for action in 0→1 environments.
  • Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and design.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Ember).
  • 5+ years server-side web technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go).
  • Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products.
  • Deep familiarity with LLMs and generative AI, including RAG, prompt design, evaluation, monitoring AI quality and safety.
