Responsibilities

  • Design and scale robust systems within an autonomous, cross-functional team focused on high ownership, rapid iteration, and technical excellence
  • Build software that expands addressable population, enables seamless access to care, closes the loop with partners' care teams, and positions the company as a differentiated strategic partner
  • Lead high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, navigating trade-offs and aligning stakeholders
  • Foster high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring peers
  • Design and implement complex, distributed systems that are scalable, maintainable, and secure
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery velocity, automate boilerplate, and enhance code quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with proven track record of building and scaling web applications in production
  • Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery
  • Deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js) with strong grasp of functional and object-oriented programming
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems that are scalable, maintainable, and secure
  • Passion for fostering high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience developing or integrating LLM-based features or agentic workflows into production applications
  • Strong familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline optimization
  • Previous experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Advanced knowledge of database design and performance tuning for relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational data stores
