- Help establish the roadmap and architecture based on technology and customer needs.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
- Share knowledge through brown bags and tech talks, and promote appropriate technology and engineering best practices.
- Help lead large projects from idea through successful execution.
- Unblock, support, and communicate with internal partners to achieve results.
- Design, build, and improve team-owned components.
Requirements
- Engineering industry experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to write clear, scalable design documentation.
