Infrastructure Software Engineer, AI & Data Security
Build backend applications and secure infrastructure for AI and LLM systems, working across application code, Terraform, and cloud platforms. The role requires strong backend engineering, security-minded design, and the ability to take ambiguous infrastructure problems from design through production.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and build secure infrastructure for AI-assisted development and testing.
- Implement data-access security across the platform.
- Build cross-cutting application features.
- Manage projects end to end, from design doc to production.
- Communicate designs, plans, and status updates proactively.
- Develop in Go, Python, and TypeScript with a focus on reliability and observability.
Requirements
- Strong backend software engineering experience.
- A security-first mindset, including consideration of data access and potential leak vectors.
- Genuine interest in AI/LLM systems and the infrastructure required to build them safely and reliably.
- Experience or strong interest in infrastructure-level work with Terraform, AWS, GCP, or similar technologies.
- Ability to take ambiguous, challenging problems from design through production.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Residence in Argentina is mandatory.
Nice-to-haves
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
- Experience with observability tooling such as Datadog.
- Experience designing AWS infrastructure, including isolation, sandboxing, networking, and secure infrastructure primitives.
- Residence in Rosario or Buenos Aires.
