Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of the Conductor workflow builder, including the canvas where developers create and connect complex agentic workflows.
- Build and improve control-plane tools used by SREs, Customer Success teams, and enterprise clients to manage and monitor clusters at scale.
- Define frontend architecture, state management, performance, and component-system standards across applications.
- Shape product and UX requirements and exercise independent product judgment.
- Drive cross-team frontend strategy, including design-system and framework decisions.
- Own API contracts and contribute to API backends and BFFs, with the potential to work further into microservices.
- Raise team standards for testing, accessibility, and performance budgets.
- Use AI-coding tools by prescribing implementation details and directing execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- Frontend architecture experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience building complex user interfaces such as IDEs, real-time node-graph or canvas editors, or data-dense dashboards.
- Strong UX and product judgment.
- Experience driving frontend strategy across teams.
- Ability to work credibly with API backends and BFFs.
- Experience with testing, accessibility, and frontend performance.
Nice-to-haves
- Developer-tooling experience, such as building IDEs like Cursor or VS Code.
- Experience with low-code/no-code tooling or graph-node tools.
- Next.js.
- Java and Spring Boot.
- Data visualization with D3, Recharts, or Tremor.
- Strong design-tool fluency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $180,000–$240,000, depending on experience and leveling.
