Responsibilities
Lead audio data collection and annotation efforts at Sesame.
Collaborate with research and product teams to understand and formalize their requirements.
Identify and manage internal resources and/or external vendors to complete data tasks.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
Work closely with tooling engineers to support data-related tasks.
Oversee data acquisition processes.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with machine learning researchers and engineers.
Proven experience leading data labeling projects.
Experience managing full-time employees or contractors involved in data labeling.
Expertise in writing technical specifications for data annotation pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of ML data pipelines and their applications.
Experience working with LLMs.
Familiarity with data labeling for audio technologies, such as speech recognition and speech synthesis.
