Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to create applications used by hotel customers worldwide.
- Write clean, self-documenting code using best practices and design patterns, including agentic development flows.
- Provide creative ideas to improve products and technology.
- Think beyond ticket requirements to delight customers and grow the business.
- Mentor through effective 1:1s and participate actively in code reviews.
- Advise the tech lead on technical decisions.
- Take initiative and execute projects with limited direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of backend application development.
- Experience with JavaScript and common frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
- Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic.
- Experience with mobile development or React Native.
