Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on new product experiences across mobile and web, from idea through prototype to production.
- Own customer-facing flows end-to-end, including onboarding, booking, post-booking, and product experiences that make travel feel effortless.
- Collaborate with global teams to explore and validate new ventures, turning learnings into product direction quickly.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and improve existing architecture as new verticals expand the platform.
- Contribute across the stack using Elixir, React Native/Expo, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Help shape fast development cycles, high ownership, pragmatic experimentation, and strong engineering craft.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production software.
- Generalist mindset with a focus on velocity and end-to-end feature ownership across the stack.
- Strong coding skills in one or more of TypeScript/JavaScript, Elixir, or Ruby.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or React Native.
- Strong sense for user experience polish.
- Ability to build maintainable, testable codebases, including API design and unit/integration testing.
- Product-minded approach with attention to end-user experience and detail.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and iterating quickly based on feedback and results.
