Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers to gather and refine project requirements, aligning designs with user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research and customer interviews to validate ideas, gather feedback, and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web features, iterating based on user and team feedback.
Collaborate with engineering teams throughout implementation to answer questions and ensure the final product matches the design intent.
Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
2–4 years of product design experience on customer-facing web SaaS products.
Experience collaborating with Product Managers and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate user flows and design intent.
Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
Portfolio required, including at least one case study showcasing UI and UX abilities.
Nice-to-Haves
