UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to gather and refine project requirements, aligning designs with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and customer interviews to validate ideas, gather feedback, and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web features, iterating based on user and team feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout implementation to answer questions and ensure the final product matches the design intent.
• Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product design experience on customer-facing web SaaS products.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate user flows and design intent.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Portfolio required, including at least one case study showcasing UI and UX abilities.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing for IT, developer-focused, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with device management, endpoint security, or similar IT domains.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG and inclusive design practices.
• Exposure to design systems or component libraries.
