Product Designer II

Responsibilities

• Own design execution for platform features and workflows from discovery through delivery, including draw management, budget tracking, and compliance surfaces.
• Lead customer interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups at appropriate levels of fidelity.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, understood, and implemented faithfully.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, improving shared components and patterns.
• Communicate design decisions and trade-offs in terms of user needs and business outcomes.
• Use data and behavioral insights to validate and iterate on design solutions.
• Support junior designers through informal feedback and collaboration.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of product or UX design experience in a SaaS or digital product environment.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience independently handling end-to-end design for product features, from research and problem framing through execution and QA.
• Solid understanding of UX research methods, including generative and evaluative research.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem framing and well-executed design solutions.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to present work, defend decisions, and incorporate feedback.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $100,000–$125,000.
