Responsibilities
- Create initial loss reports and assist with claims processes for Lyft Healthcare, Bikes, and Scooters.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to claims and request additional information when needed.
- Manage and coordinate accident-related next steps, including missing claim searches, adjuster contacts, and customer experience improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on claims processes, system updates, and customer experience.
- Gather investigative materials and provide general support to adjusters and internal claims teams.
- Develop written and oral communications and reports for management.
- Support Risk, Safety, Bikes & Scooters, Express Drive, Legal, Lyft Rentals, and Finance teams on insurance claims.
- Facilitate continuous feedback and idea sharing across teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects, including auditing and data reconciliation.
- Pursue broader insurance knowledge and cross-training.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience handling and resolving customer support issues, ideally in a safety or claims environment.
- Empathy and sensitivity when supporting the community.
- High standards, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Excellent listening, communication, verbal, and written documentation skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Strong collaboration skills with peers and cross-functional teams.

- Base pay range of $50,180–$62,730 for the Nashville area, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
