What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in high-growth or early-stage environments
• Skilled at balancing fast-paced design iteration with quality, taking a pragmatic approach to execution
• Strong background in both system design and detailed execution, with a demonstrated ability to drive real-world results
• Experience crafting and maintaining design systems in Figma, with a focus on creating scalable, reusable components that balance consistency and flexibility
• Experience designing tools for business users or organizers; background from companies like Airbnb, Square, Toast, or similar is highly preferred
• Effective at managing multiple projects and priorities within a dynamic, high-speed setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on transparency and efficiency in stakeholder alignment
• Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement
• Proficient in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) with a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic impact and attention to detail
