About the role
Responsibilities
Act as a product expert and primary configuration manager for West Coast clients
Design & implement Client Success processes and initiatives
Collaborate with clients on strategic initiatives and optimization of their data strategy
Develop recommended best-practices and supporting materials for diverse user base
Coordinate resources across Client Development, Marketing, Data Operations, Product for client deliverables
Develop and monitor client expectations
Support project management resources and personnel
Produce flawless client deliverables for complex project requirements
Uphold brand standards & values in client interactions
Proactively identify account growth opportunities
Strategize with senior leadership on client business cases
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years’ experience in professional services (consulting, investment banking, private capital investor relations/business development, technology client success, sales engineering, or similar)
Demonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated clients
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel occasionally

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $100,000—$115,000 USD (dependent on experience)
