Responsibilities
- Build robust frontend applications using Vue.js 3.
- Develop real-time web applications for audio and SMS communications with patients.
- Build HTTP APIs in JavaScript and TypeScript using Express.js.
- Build and test custom internal TypeScript packages from scratch and migrate packages from JavaScript.
- Integrate third-party services including Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks API, and AWS/GCP.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building highly available applications in a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Node.js, Mongoose, and Express.js.
- Experience with monorepos, especially Turborepo.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Nice-to-haves
- Healthcare technology or SaaS experience.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- Real-time streaming experience.
