Define and drive the multi-quarter strategy for foundational services, balancing technical debt, scalability, and feature velocity.
Shift the platform from reactive, ticket-based support to a proactive, self-service product model through paved roads and service catalogs.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Security to deliver extensible, compliant platform solutions.
Improve APIs, SDKs, and sandbox environments to reduce time-to-first-deploy and developer cognitive load.
Establish governance frameworks and KPI dashboards tracking adoption, support deflection, and reliability.
Use developer interviews and usage data to identify root causes and guide customer-centric product decisions.
Represent the platform across the organization and incorporate stakeholder needs into product planning.
Build, lead, recruit, and retain a successful product management team.
Requirements
12+ years of product management experience building large-scale cloud services platforms.
10+ years of people management experience.
Experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical software services, such as commerce systems or similar platforms.
Proven record of achieving ambitious customer and business outcomes.
Experience leading major organizational or product changes while maintaining hands-on attention to detail.
Executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
