Vehicle Test Engineer - New Grad
Executes and improves test plans for autonomous vehicle and ADAS development vehicles, documenting results and coordinating closely with software and operations teams. The role is intended for a detail-oriented new graduate with an engineering degree and interest in automotive autonomy.

Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans on AV and ADAS development vehicles based on requirements.
- Coordinate and improve testing procedures with software engineers and operations teams.
- Provide detailed notes and formal reports of testing activities and results.
- Work with vehicle operators to conduct testing professionally and efficiently.
- Champion safety for vehicle testing programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation by December 2026 or summer 2027.
- Experience creating and executing test plans for hardware or software systems.
- Passion for automotive technology.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Collaborative mindset and deep interest in understanding autonomy software functionality.
Nice to Have
- Internship, research, or project experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or other automotive systems.
- Experience with verification and validation (V&V), test engineering, or developing and executing test plans.
