Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external independent consultants to prepare materials for compensation committee meetings, including executive compensation analysis and benchmarking.
Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Leadership Recruiters, and the executive team on executive compensation matters.
Analyze market data to ensure compensation programs are aligned with the market and support the company’s people strategy.
Support the analysis and management of company-wide long-term incentive programs, including budgeting, planning, tracking, and execution.
Maintain objectivity, independent decision-making, credibility, and trustworthiness.
Ensure compensation programs are well communicated and understood across leadership.
Requirements
6+ years of experience developing and managing executive compensation programs and processes for public and private companies, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data.
Strong understanding of HR information systems; Workday experience preferred.
Proven analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including building and maintaining complex models.
Experience communicating effectively across teams and translating quantitative insights for non-quantitative audiences.
Clear, approachable, and collaborative communication style across diverse groups.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to advise senior leaders clearly and confidently.
