About the role

What You'll Do

  • Embed with teams across the company to map systems, workflows, and work products, then re-envision them with subject matter experts by co-designing specific AI solutions that fit into a company-wide architecture of agents and shared knowledge bases.
  • Build, deploy, and iterate on specialized agents and internal tools; structure and integrate data schemas; take each team through full v1.0 workflow optimization one team at a time while enabling others to build alongside you.
  • Lead education and training for the entire team, creating resources/guides, holding office hours, and coaching members from learning to creative independence; cross-pollinate learnings and successes.
  • Work with leadership to define and enforce responsible AI use, maintain internal AI and data-security policies, and run review frameworks for internally built tooling.
  • Coordinate AI efforts as the quarterback for becoming AI-native, leading weekly cross-functional meetings, documenting progress, tracking adoption, costs, and impact across every team.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for the mission of helping people pray and grow closer to God.
  • Hands-on AI-native builder: experience building, debugging, and deploying real AI projects, agents, tools, or automations (not required to be a full-stack engineer but must bridge engineering and partner teams, QA code-level tools, and understand backend infrastructure).
  • Systems-level thinker: ability to understand, re-envision system architecture and workflows at both micro (team-specific) and macro (company-wide) levels.
  • Natural collaborator: earn trust with subject matter experts and integrate their input so solutions fit actual team operations.
  • Coach and communicator: skilled at training individuals and groups across formats, adapting to different audiences and levels of AI understanding/fears.
  • Grit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup to create impact quickly.
  • Experience building/shipping real tools plus enabling others (via L&D, operations, program management, consulting, or transformation); enough of both to move fast without a playbook.

Compensation & Benefits

Cash Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 USD per year (base salary range; may vary by experience, market, location).
Eligible for discretionary bonus at fiscal year-end.
Equity compensation for all full-time US employees.
Top-tier benefits: unlimited PTO, insurance, remote-flexible work, fully paid parental leave, 401(k) match, stipends for spiritual development, health & wellness, home-office, and learning.
