FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded Finance partner to several major departments (CX, R&D, People, G&A), owning the financial strategy behind how those teams invest, manage spend, and drive toward profitability. Surface tradeoffs, pressure-test plans, and help leaders make sharper financial decisions.
• Lead financial deep dives that identify business problems, root-cause them, surface early signals, and turn that into strategies that accelerate progress.
• Support company-wide consolidation, shape the performance narrative for leadership, and handle ad-hoc financial analyses in a fast-scaling business.
• Play a central role in strategic planning processes such as Annual Planning and Long-Range Vision, serving as a key Finance voice across the company.
• Actively apply AI tools to drive faster insight, greater efficiency, and smarter decision-making across the FP&A workflow.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience, ideally blending Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/VC with a highly analytical strategic finance role at a fast-growing company.
• Detail-oriented and rigorous, highly proficient in Google Sheets and BI tools, comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to embed with department leaders, earn their trust quickly, and translate finance into decisions that sharpen spend discipline and efficiency.
• Actively use AI tools to work faster, sharpen analysis, and make smarter calls.
• Resourceful self-starter who brings structure to ambiguity, solves open-ended problems, anticipates stakeholder needs, and stays flexible.
• Strong communication skills to tailor complex insights clearly to finance vs. business and product partners.

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected base pay range: $152,000 - $200,000, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
